In particular, custom-colored Human Hair Extensions are final sale and cannot be returned.

11. Custom Orders

Products customized specifically for a customer may be subject to additional conditions.

Human Hair Extensions ordered in a Custom Color require an additional charge depending on the requested color and are:

FINAL SALE — NON-RETURNABLE

Once customization has begun or the custom order has otherwise entered processing, cancellation may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for carefully confirming customization details before approving the order.

12. Sizing & Personalized Assistance
